INTRODUCING: Multi-Tap Insulated Multiple Cable Connector Blocks

Multi-Tap Connector Blocks are designed for use in control panels, HVAC/Refrigeration Systems, switch-gear, motor controls, tapping, splicing and reducing cable connections.

A few facts and features:

  • Pre-Insulated aluminum connector blocks used for in-line tapping, splicing and reducing of multiple cable connections.
  • 35 part numbers offered; dual rated for use with 14 AWG – 500MCM Copper and Aluminum cable sizes, accommodates from two to eight circuits.
  • U.L. Listed to U.L. Standard 486B, and complies with ANSI C119.4, temperature rating of 90 C (AL9CU) and voltage rating of 600 volts
  • Connectors have wire range-taking capability, which reduces the number of part numbers required to be held in user inventory.
  • Connectors molded into clear PVC insulation, eliminating the need for taping and allowing inspection of wire insertion.
  • Connectors have dual sided wire entry for offset and opposite entry directions of primary and secondary cables, high visibility plugs are provided for connector ports not being used.
  • Connector ports pre-filled with anti-oxide inhibitor to seal out air and moisture when connection to cable is being made.

  • Connections to cables made using slotted-head or hex-head screws, no special tools are required and connectors are reusable.
