LDP Raceway System

Panduit Corp. introduces new Type LDP one-piece power raceway, the latest entry in the company’s expanding line of network cabling products. Featuring a special close tolerance latching design, Type LDP raceway is specifically engineered to provide excellent tamper resistance. Panduit LDP raceway is UL power rated to 600V, but is equally well suited for low voltage communication cabling.

Fittings available for LDP raceway are power rated and feature a 1-inch cable bend radius for both Category 5 compliance and fiber optic applications. Unlike conventional raceway fittings that are simple 90-degree corners, the Panduit fitting design ensures Category 5 minimum bend radius requirements are met when cables are laid in place or pulled through, regardless of raceway fill.

The LDP raceway has the same profile as the current Panduit Type L raceway, and is therefore compatible with all existing Panduit junction boxes, fittings and PAN-NET™ network cabling products. The raceway is easy to install using the adhesive backing to secure it to a clean smooth surface. For power cabling, the adhesive backing is used to temporarily mount the raceway, allowing for a hands free anchor placement. Installing cabling is also quick and easy by simply laying the cabling in the raceway and closing the latch.
