LD2P Raceway System

A new, compact multi-channel raceway system for use in communication and power cabling installations has been introduced by Panduit Corp.

The new PAN-WAY™ Type LD2P Surface Raceway is a two-channel raceway designed to route, protect and conceal data, voice, video, fiber-optic and power cabling. The system includes a full range of fittings that incorporate a minimum 1" bend radius as required by EIA/TIA standards, making the raceway ideal for use in Gigabit Ethernet, ATM and fiber optic cabling applications. The system meets new UL5A standards and is power rated to 600V, providing maximum safety for power applications. The system utilizes a line of divided junction boxes and faceplates to allow termination of power and data in a single junction box.

Type LD2P Surface Raceway is optimized for use with the PAN-NET™ Network Cabling System, providing a totally integrated, structured cabling solution.

This two-channel surface raceway features a one-piece hinged design allowing cables to be laid in rather than fished through to protect cables from damage during installation. A factory applied adhesive backing speeds the installation. The raceway is extremely tamper resistant, making it ideal for school and university applications.
