New Adhesive Backed Mount

Tinley Park, IL - Panduit Corp. announces the introduction of the ABM112 Adhesive Backed Cable Tie Mount. This mount, designed to secure wire bundles and other light objects to smooth surfaces, offers numerous advantages over existing mounts.

The ABM112 Mount features a compact 1.12" x 1.12" footprint. A simple "2-up" configuration speeds adhesive liner removal. A four-way bridge eases cable tie insertion. Nylon construction provides an increased flammability rating. The option of either rubber-or acrylic-based tape lets customers select the adhesive that’s right for each application.

Panduit’s rubber-based adhesive tape develops its strength extremely fast and can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from -20°F to +120°F. The rubber-based adhesive tape is the best choice for a vast majority of adhesive mount applications, including powder coated surfaces. Panduit’s acrylic-based adhesive tape is a good choice in environments with prolonged exposure to UV rays or in environments with prolonged exposure to temperatures over 120°F.

The ABM112 Adhesive Backed Mount can be used with miniature, intermediate or standard cross section cable ties and is available in white, gray, beige or black. Delivery and stock are immediately available from authorized Panduit distributors worldwide.
