Micro Plastics' Adjustable Ergonomic Strain Relief Tool has been carefully designed to help reduce the wrist fatigue associated with bushing installation. The handles are preset to a specified angle, allowing the hand and wrist of the operator to naturally align during normal use. This tool is fully adjustable and will install all sizes of Micro Plastics strain relief bushings.

Micro Plastics' Pneumatic Strain Relief Installation Tool is designed to aid in rapid assembly of strain relief bushings. The easy finger tip actuation of this air tool greatly lessens the gripping power necessary to install bushings, while reducing the hand and wrist fatigue generated during moderate to high volume manufacturing. The tool operates on standard shop air from 50 to 90 PSI. Low weight, only 24 ounces. Tools are configured prior to shipping. For specific sizes, please specify strain relief bushing sizes to be installed when ordering.
