Frequently used in electronics and electrical applications
for secure and safe routing of cables and wire harnesses, these injection
molded cable ties feature one-piece construction to produce a strong and
highly reliable wrap. Once applied, the permanent locking feature of the
cable ties assures a tight and secure hold.
Made from Nylon 6/6 (UL rated 94V-2) these single loop ties are easily installed
by hand or with an optional tool that both tightens and flush cuts the cable
tie. Universally applicable to electronic and non-electronic applications,
ties are available in popular sizes and strengths to meet most common cable
tie requirements.
All ties feature smooth round edges to eliminate the possibility of damaging
the wire's insulation. These ties come in a variety of lengths to accommodate
bundle diameters from 1.00" to 4.00" and tensile strengths ranging
from 18lb to 120lb (8,15kg to 54,3kg).
