Rod End Bearings - Pillow Block Spherical Bearings - Spherical Bearings - made from High-Performance Polymers

igubal puts a complete system of oil-free, self-aligning bearing elements—spherical, pillow block, and rod end bearings—at the developer’s fingertips. Self-aligning bearings are easy to install, adapt to all angular deviations and replace special housings in many cases.

With igubal, the user can take advantage of all the benefits of high-performance polymers: lightweight material — 80% lighter than steel, oil-free, self-lubricating, vibration resistance, ability to operate in liquids or chemicals, and resistance to dirt and dust which can impede the performance of greased metal components.

Because of their small dimensions, they save on installation space. igubal bearings are also extremely cost competitive due to the elimination of maintenance and installation costs.

Why Should You Use Polymers Instead of Steel?

The use of plastic machine components has increased in recent years, particularly the use of bearings in machinery that is difficult to maintain regularly.

On the one hand, considerable cost savings can sometimes be achieved with plastic machine components. This is a result of the tremendous developments in the field of compounded high-performance polymers which are coming closer to matching the properties of steel, even surpassing them in individual, important criteria:
Compensation for shaft misalignment
igubal is self-lubricating
Oil-free operation
Advantages in difficult environments: dirt, vibration, corrosion, chemicals

igubal is Dry-Running and Self-Lubricating
No need for additional maintenance
No contamination due to oil or grease
No failure due to loss of lubricant
Shaft seizure is very unlikely

Because of the variety of possible applications for igubal, we are unable to offer any performance guarantees.
