- For electric ranges; high working temperature capability with not less than
3/8" (9,5mm) clearance between live parts and the base.
- Cable entry via the 13/64" (5,2mm) square holes is further assisted by a
cable stop in the terminal assembly which prevents over insertion of the conductor.
- Captive screws and nuts are in the open position to speed wire installation.
- Three 1/4" by 1/32" (6,3mm) by (0,8mm) tabs per pole. The grounding
pole features a spring washer.
- FV 110 poles are marked L, N, and .
FV 173 poles are marked L1, L2, N and .
FV 122 poles are marked 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and .
- All sizes are rated at 600 volts (450 volts in Europe).
- Consult Heyco for the following:
1) Self-grounding version. Identical to the base parts except that an extension on
the grounding pole makes direct contact with the chassis. The extension is secured with
two self-tapping screws. Self-grounding versions carry "B" suffix -eg, FV 110B.
2) Part No. 1582 "PA 269" (3) tab connector holder is
available. The part houses (3) female tab connectors, to speed assembly. Tabs must be
provided with a positive lock.
- Molded of type 6/6 glass-filled nylon. Self-extinguishing. Flammability
classification 94V-0; temperature index 105°C.
