- The stainless steel Wire Protector flap allows the use of STRANDED or SOLID wire
with no crimp terminals and no soldering required!
- Allow standardization of ther SOLID WIRE cord set. Input wires are always secured
with the flap and a screw. Output wires also.
- Modern, low profile design occupies less "real estate" inside the
appliance.
- No exposed metal parts. "Dead front" designed for safety.
- Pressure clamp connectors are supplied in the open position, ready to accept
single or multiple solid conductors.
- Popular 2, 3 and 12 pole configurations are shown in the tabular chart. Please
note that 1 to 11 poles may be cut to order. Consult Heyco.
- All sizes are rated at 300 volts (380 volts in Europe).
- Metal parts feature captive zinc plated screws and nickel plated brass inserts.
- Available in 94V-O flame retardant(FR), glass-filled nylon material. Temperature
index 150°C, 200°C for short periods.
- Standard white color parts are molded of type 6 nylon. Flammability
classification 94V-2; temperature index 105°C.

Part No. 9299, PA 197, fixing pin available for terminal blocks PA
27 and PA44, without the wire protector(WP) option. Pins snap fit without tools to
securely anchor the terminal block to chassis(maximum chassis thickness: .040"
(1,0mm).
