• Nylon PA 142 is an electrical component combining Strain Relief and three or five pole termination in one unit. PA 142-3 poles are marked N and L1. PA142-5 poles are marked Nand L1, L2 and L3.
• The grounding contact is made from the external side of the appliance by means of an M4 screw.
• PA 142-3 incorporates three 1/4" x 1/32" (6,3 x 0,8mm) zinc plated steel tabs for temination of the internal wiring. PA 142-5 has five such terminals.
• PA 142-3F (not shown) features an integral holder for a radio frequency filtering device. Consult Heyco for availability
• Rating: 16 Amps, 380 Volts.
• The PA 142 design allows for labor savings pre-assembly to the cable as well as external mounting through the chassis cut-out as shown.
• Cable clamping is achieved by means of a plastic retention lug.
• Ring terminals similar to AMP 150070-5 are recommended for crimping onto the power supply cord. Recommended torque for pwer cord screws: 11in-lbs(1,2Nm).
• Mat help you comply with VDE #0720 and #0730.
• Molded of type 6 nylon. Flammability classification 94V-2; temperature index 105°C.
