• Nylon PA 205 is an electrical component combining Strain Relief and three pole termination in just one unit. The first pole can be used for grounding. Poles are marked, N and L.
• Similar to PA 84E, PA 205 is distinct in four ways:
  a) More compact, it intrudes into the appliance less.
  b) It can be positioned throughout a 360°radius.
  c) It can be increased to four or five poles with the simple snap on addition Part No. 1572, PA 205X, marked "L".
  d) Captive terminal screws are supplied pre-assembled.
• The grounding contact incorporates three 1/4" x  1/32" (6,3 x 0,8mm) zinc plated steel tabs for termination of the Internal wiring. Up to five terminations con be effected with the addition of PA 205 X.
• Grounding is made to the chassis by means of two self-tapping screws.
• Rating: 16 Amps, 380 Volts.
• The PA 205 design allows for labor saving pre-assembly to the cable as well as external mounting. A cut out as shown is the illustration is recommended to make installation easier.
• Cable clamping is achieved by means of a metal screw, supplied loose with the unit. Recommended torque: 7 in-lbs (0,8 Nm).
• Spade terminals similar to AMP 160167-1 are recommended for crimping onto the power supply cord. Recommended torque for power cord screws: 11 in-lbs. (1,2 Nm). All three wires of the power supply cord may be cut to the same length.
• May help you comply with VDE #0720 and #0730.
• Molded of type 6 nylon. Flammability classification 94V-2 temperature index 105°C.
