Light Cure Adhesives

Light Cure Adhesives 3M Light Cure Adhesives have been designed specifically for the electronics market.  These formulas have been designed to resist corrosion, cure rapidly and cure deeply.  These products can save valuable processing time with their cure-on-demand performance.  There are nine products in total, four UV curing and five which cure with Visible or UV light.  These are acrylate based adhesives. 

3M Light Cure Adhesives are ideal for a broad range of PCB, component and micro assembly applications which include wire tacking, encapsulation, potting, sealing and lens bonding.  The products vary by viscosity, flexibility, substrate adhesion and curing activation source.

 LC-1214 has a color change indicator.  The red color provides visualization aid for positioning.  The disappearance of the red color indicates exposure to the curing light.
